Liver Lesions and Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage Detection Using Multimodal Fusion

چکیده
Medical image fusion is designed to help physicians in their decisions by providing them with a preclinical enough information. Accurate assessment and effective treatment of the disease reduce time it takes relieve symptoms disease. This article utilizes an data approach work on two different imaging modalities; computed tomography (CT) magnetic resonance (MRI). The based combination singular value decomposition (SVD) Fast Discrete Curvelet Transform (FDCT) techniques processing during process. SVD-FDCT being tested multimodal medical applications. first application concerns detection liver lesions second early acute intracerebral hemorrhage. Experimental tests demonstrate that not only algorithm can treat curved objects edges effectively as FDCT do. But also, throughput comparable related algorithms such principal component analysis (PCA), Wavelet (DWT), dual-tree complex wavelet transform (DT-CWT), algorithms.

Fate of Diffusion Restricted Lesions in Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage
BACKGROUND Diffusion-restricted lesions on diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) are detected in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). In this study, we aimed to determine the fate of DWI lesions in ICH patients and whether the presence of DWI lesions is associated with functional outcome in patients with ICH. METHODS This prospective study enrolled 153 patients with acute ICH. Baseline MR...
متن کاملSpontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage and liver dysfunction.
We evaluated liver function and coagulation parameters in 117 patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (68 men and 49 women) admitted to our clinic within 24 hours after onset. Liver dysfunction was more common among men than women due to differences in alcohol consumption. Number of thrombocytes and fibrinogen concentrations were lower, especially among men with elevated concentratio...
متن کاملAcute Management of Anticoagulation-Associated Intracerebral Hemorrhage
One of the most serious forms of stroke is intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) as fewer than 30 % of patients recover to functional independence and the one-year mortality rate of over 50 % is very high [1–3]. In hemorrhagic stroke, oral anticoagulation-associated intracerebral hemorrhage (OAC-ICH) is of particular concern because it is associated with larger hemorrhage volumes, increased ventricula...
متن کاملEmergency noninvasive angiography for acute intracerebral hemorrhage.
Spontaneous ICH is a devastating condition and is associated with significant mortality in the acute phase due to ongoing hemorrhage and hematoma expansion. A growing body of evidence suggests that there may be considerable utility in performing noninvasive vascular imaging during the acute-to-early phase of ICH. CTA has become widely available and is sensitive and specific for detecting vascul...
متن کاملHematoma expansion following acute intracerebral hemorrhage.
Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), the most devastating form of stroke, has no specific therapy proven to improve outcome by randomized controlled trial. Location and baseline hematoma volume are strong predictors of mortality, but are nonmodifiable by the time of diagnosis. Expansion of the initial hematoma is a further marker of poor prognosis that may be at least partly preventable. Several ris...
